In this role, you will join the Sustainability & Climate Corporate Solutions product management team, delivering fast-growing research and solutions to corporate and institutional clients worldwide. You will manage the full project lifecycle for the Corporates client segment, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders globally and gaining exposure to sustainable finance topics such as Green Bonds, Sustainability-Linked Lending, and corporate event preparation and due diligence. Responsibilities include acting as the primary client liaison during engagements, collecting data disclosures, addressing questions, and delivering the final product; coordinating with MSCI ESG Research Data and Analysts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery; leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows with an AI-first mindset; keeping projects on schedule using metrics and controls, escalating issues when needed and driving lifecycle improvements; overseeing client-facing collateral and providing internal training and support; working with Client Coverage to support onboarding of new clients; joining calls with prospective clients to present the solution; supporting product enhancements by incorporating lessons learned and developing new content and features; coordinating across functions to present findings and implement improvements.
