About the role

Overview: As the IT Product Manager for the Central Client Management team, you will own the strategy and roadmap for the Customer Data IT products within SAP BP. You will ensure these products meet the needs of internal business customers across the Bank, Non-life, and Life & Pension Business Units. You will lead a multidisciplinary DevOps team consisting of four sub-teams, collaborating closely with an Engineering Manager responsible for hiring and developing engineers and engineering practices.

Define and implement the product vision and strategy for Customer Data IT products and manage the budget.
Lead and coach the four Product Owners within the subteams, ensuring alignment with OKRs.

Ensure a robust IT change delivery process with reliable timelines to maintain service continuity.
Deliver stable run operations for the Customer Data IT products to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Set clear objectives for your team and monitor progress.
Salary between €8,446 and €11,262 per month, based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience
13th month pay and holiday allowance
27 vacation days per year for a five-day work week plus three Diversity Days
