This is a fast-moving team that ships continuously and measures everything. You set targets and the forward plan; the engineering team iterates within it. An Associate Product Manager reports to you.
What you'll do - Prioritize the roadmap rigorously against the module’s success metrics. - Define guardrail metrics so a win in one area never creates a loss elsewhere. - Maintain the forward plan: acceptance criteria, dependencies, and the requirements that protect quality. - Spend real hours in the field with the designers who use the product; translate what you learn into the team’s backlog. - Verify launches weekly, own the team dashboard, and develop the Associate PM.
Qualifications - 4+ years of product management with direct ownership of a funnel or conversion metric — you can show the before and after. - Analytics fluency (Amplitude or equivalent); rigorous about how improvement is measured. - Comfortable not reviewing every ticket: you set targets and verify outcomes, and you trust the team in between. - Experience with field sales tools, configure-price-quote, or in-home selling is a strong plus. - Strong attention to detail, as this role involves complex, careful mechanics especially within the designer experience.
