This role entails defining the product vision and strategy, road-mapping enhancements for governance and risk technology solutions, and driving adoption of automation and AI features. You will collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver new functionality on time and to a high standard, ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities include defining product strategy that supports the business vision while balancing short-term and long-term goals; leading cross-functional collaboration to align product objectives; overseeing product risk management and controls; owning the product development lifecycle from concept to launch; delivering clear objectives and key results tied to financial targets and strategic goals; using data-driven analysis to monitor performance and optimise value; maintaining a customer-centric approach by incorporating insights and feedback; applying financial acumen to pricing and ROI considerations; managing stakeholder relationships at multiple levels; contributing to governance and control improvements; building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders; translating research into actionable solutions and iterating based on feedback. Strong project and product management experience in SaaS/software within Agile/DevOps environments is required, along with knowledge of SDLC, cloud concepts, and Scaled Agile.
