Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our orthopaedics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing management of orthopaedic products, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical, to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the orthopaedics portfolio. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. - Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch performance. - Oversee product development stages, ensuring alignment with market requirements and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop product specifications and features. - Work with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials. - Engage with healthcare professionals, surgeons, and key opinion leaders to gather insights and feedback on product performance and enhancements. - Conduct product training sessions to educate internal teams and customers. - Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and market share. - Prepare business cases and forecasts to support product investment decisions. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and intern
