NEOM Wellbeing is seeking a Product Manager for New Product Development (NPD) to lead end-to-end product development across home fragrance, body care, skincare and gifting, from formulation and packaging through to shelf. This role is based from either the London or Harrogate office in the United Kingdom. You will transform market insights and sustainability innovation into 100% naturally fragranced products that support our four pillars: less stress, better sleep, more energy and mood boosts. You will own projects end-to-end, manage critical paths, supplier relationships and commercial performance, and work closely with Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial and Operations. It is a hands-on role with real accountability as the brand scales with genuine wellbeing impact.
