We are seeking a Product Manager to drive customer-focused product strategy and ownership across the development teams. In this role, you will define a compelling product vision with the Director of Product, set strategic priorities, and translate them into a data-driven roadmap with measurable KPIs. You will engage with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, translate them into product actions, and bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will identify opportunities for new products and improvements by researching markets and capturing feedback from users. You will collaborate with technology, sales, and support teams to advance the product agenda. Requirements: minimum 4 years as a Product Manager in a technical environment, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI; strong ability to articulate product strategy; experience with SaaS business models; excellent communication; self-starter; detail- and process-oriented; fluent in written and spoken English.
