About the role

Electra is accelerating the shift to electric mobility by tackling the main barrier to EV adoption: charging. Based in Paris and active across Europe, Electra is deploying thousands of fast-charging points and aims to become the most trusted charging brand in Europe. As a Product Designer on Electra’s Charging Services team, you will shape the charging experience by aligning the digital journey with the physical experience. You will work in a strong trio with a Product Manager and an Engineering Manager, collaborating with engineers to build the product end-to-end from discovery to delivery, using user insights and data to decide what to build, ship, and iterate quickly.

As a Product Designer on Electra’s Charging Services team, you will shape the charging experience by aligning the digital journey with the physical experience. Responsibilities

Your profile: What Electra offers:

Product thinking and discovery: understand what makes the charging experience great, identify gaps from users and data, translate insights into problems, hypotheses, and success metrics; help shape the product vision.
Design and craft: own design end-to-end (flows, UI, prototypes, specs, QA) and design clean, consistent interfaces for mobile and web; contribute to a scalable design system.
Iterate and align: test early, iterate based on results and feedback, communicate solutions clearly to teams and stakeholders, and raise the bar for what we ship.
Growth mindset, responsibility, collaboration, team-first attitude.
Strong product sense; ability to simplify complex problems and focus on what matters.
Data-curious and design-curious; great UI eye; proficient with Figma.
Fluent in French and English.
