Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for telehealth offerings, develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Design end-to-end telehealth journeys (scheduling, digital intake, provider review, documentation delivery, payment workflows, and follow-up experiences).
• Collaborate with engineering on platform development and API integrations, and partner with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and data privacy.
• Build secure, auditable healthcare workflows and optimize conversion, revenue, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Establish processes with providers and partners to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Use customer insights, data, and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
