Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: conducting extensive use of the DoD 5000 process within an Air Force setting; investigating, analyzing, planning, evaluating, drafting, and recommending solutions for project/program efforts; providing expert-level issue resolution and recommendations to achieve program outcomes; applying broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, including acquisition management and modernization planning; applying knowledge of and expertise in acquisition management, program management, budgeting/finance principles, modernization planning, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executing (PPBE) process; reviewing initial and revised acquisition documents to ensure enterprise-level consistency and accuracy; providing comments on acquisition documentation to add value from an enterprise perspective and support an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.
