You will not only optimize campaigns but develop growth strategies, own budgets, and partner with clients as a true sparring partner. In this role you will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and work closely with our Performance, Creative, Tech, and Strategy teams.

Altitude is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) at mid level to join our Berlin team. You will not only optimize campaigns but develop growth strategies, own budgets, and partner with clients as a true sparring partner. As a digital growth partner, we help companies drive growth in a measurable, efficient, and sustainable way. In this role you will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and work closely with our Performance, Creative, Tech, and Strategy teams.

Responsibilities

Performance strategy & growth: Co-create growth and performance marketing strategies for our clients. Translate business goals into channel-, campaign-, and budget-strategies across relevant online channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native, and Programmatic. Manage budgets cross-channel and audience targeting to ensure actions contribute to growth targets. Continuously analyze performance data, derive concrete optimization actions, and adjust strategies. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and others to improve analyses, research, campaign concepts, reporting, and operational processes.
Campaign management & Marketing Operations: Set up, manage, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns. Establish reporting and controlling processes, monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and results. Translate client goals into clear tasks for the performance team and provide structured briefs. Act as a source of inspiration for current performance marketing topics, new tools, and AI-based ways of working, and share knowledge within the team.
