About the role

RVO Health is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the enrollment strategy for Quit For Life, a tobacco cessation program. This role, based in Minneapolis, MN, combines data-driven marketing with cross-functional collaboration in a regulated health environment. The position follows a hybrid work schedule with in-office days in Minneapolis on Tue, Wed, and Thu; remote work is available on Mon and Fri if desired.

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth and enrollments for Quit For Life.
Manage top- and mid-funnel campaigns across channels while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance.
Own budget planning, tracking, and reporting; align pacing to projections.
Create sales materials for Client Service Managers to articulate value propositions.
Collaborate with creative, product, research, and client-management teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Engage with stakeholders across RVO Health and state health departments to align on strategy and audience approaches.
Produce diverse marketing content (emails, websites, decks, toolkits) for top-/mid-funnel audiences.
Analyze data to measure performance, run A/B tests, and translate insights into action.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in consumer B2B2C or D2C marketing with hands-on analytics
Expertise in A/B testing and data-driven decision making
Proficiency with Excel, Looker, Google Analytics; strong data/segmentation experience
