Cisco's Splunk Cloud team is seeking an Operations & Automation Engineer to support the Network Operations Center (NOC) duties and manage large-scale Splunk Cloud deployments. This role balances hands-on operational support with the development of reliable, maintainable automation.

Your impact You will monitor and troubleshoot distributed cloud systems, respond to production incidents, and translate manual runbooks into safe, repeatable workflows. You will collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve detection, diagnosis, and resolution of service issues while reducing manual toil.
