We are seeking an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for a full-time, on-site role in Passau (remote work is not possible). The salary range is 30,000 to 42,000 EUR gross per year, with potential for adjustments and opportunities for growth in the coming years. Your responsibilities include planning and executing online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), writing ad copy, designing landing pages and career pages, launching and optimizing campaigns, supporting the online marketing team in performance tracking, continuously evaluating and optimizing campaigns to improve performance, and regular coordination with project management and clients.
