Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on video and motion animation experience; strong After Effects skills; experience with AI video-generation tools (Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, or similar); a reel demonstrating hooks and pacing; excellent English and ability to work self-directed; reliable WiFi. Responsibilities: Animate video ads for paid social, landing pages, and digital campaigns; translate briefs into branded animated assets; deliver platform-ready files; keep files clean and organized; take feedback and revise quickly; support general design tasks (exporting assets, organizing files, and keeping ClickUp up to date). Nice-to-haves: experience with ClickUp & Slack; ability to use AI to speed up output; experience in a digital marketing agency; familiarity with Figma Motion and Jitter; basic design skills in Figma; some 3D/Cinema4D/Blender experience; sense for what makes ads convert; sound design or music syncing.
