Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, strategists, and internal team members.
Own client onboarding end to end: collect and organize account access (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok), set the account up in ClickUp, and standardize the process so every launch feels the same.
Run ClickUp as the single source of truth: build and maintain project templates, recurring tasks, and dashboards, and keep every account's status and owner current.
Catch gaps in client communication and delivery before they escalate, and drive follow-ups to closure.
Track all creative deliverables from request to delivery, including revisions and approvals, and QA work before it reaches the client.
Source, negotiate with, and manage creators across Billo, Backstage, email and other platforms; track orders, usage rights, and costs, and ensure markups land on c
