Summary We are seeking a creative, health-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. You will manage our brand voice and communications, oversee the creation and management of creative assets for social media campaigns, and drive strategy, execution, and measurement. The ideal candidate balances creativity with analytical rigor and collaborates closely with the CEO to ensure our communications reflect our brand voice and image.

Core Functions Email Marketing - Oversee the email promotional calendar and coordinate with Klaviyo and production/operations. - Develop acquisition strategies for our subscriber list; optimize cadence, frequency, and engagement for email and SMS. - Track KPIs (open rates, conversions, etc.) and conduct A/B and multivariate testing of emails.

Social Media Campaigns - Manage social media and the monthly calendar for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. - Develop overarching strategy to grow company accounts on major platforms. - Oversee influencer and brand ambassador programs.

Creative Assets - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of creative concepts with the performance marketing agency; manage briefs, KPIs, and the design process. - Lead photo and video shoots as needed and provide art direction to align visuals with brand strategy. - Edit or write copy to maintain the voice of the bra
