The Marketing Manager serves as the division's marketing department head for day-to-day operations. They drive the development and execution of the annual marketing plan to support the division’s business goals while maintaining Meritage brand and marketing standards. The role may serve as a people leader responsible for training, performance, development, and daily marketing operations within the division. The Marketing Manager collaborates with division leadership, the Area/Regional Marketing Director, and sales teams to plan and execute local rollouts of national initiatives, design quarterly and monthly strategies to drive qualified traffic, and partner with sales leadership to optimize traffic and conversion for individual communities. Additional duties include creating pre-opening marketing plans for new communities, managing signage, messaging, interest lists, model merchandising, sales center installation, and events; maintaining brand awareness and ROI through data analysis. The role also encompasses developing and maximizing digital presence, managing community websites, creating collateral, managing vendor relationships, coordinating consumer promotions and events, and supporting agent outreach programs. When needed, the Marketing Manager handles departmental administrative tasks such as vendor setup, invoicing, and expense reporting.
