Andersen Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead II to provide daily direction for a doors production line, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets. Working on-site in Bayport, Minnesota, United States, you will manage a production team of 5–40 associates, coach and develop staff, and drive continuous improvement using AMS tools. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth production flow, training and evaluating employees, maintaining cross-training, coordinating staffing, leading AMS projects and improvement initiatives, managing visual management tools (PVA, run charts, CI boards), and solving problems with methods such as 5 Why, PDCA, and MCA. You will participate in daily Tier-1 meetings, support other production areas as needed, perform standard work and control plan audits, and lead corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement techniques, familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrated leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
