This permanent hybrid role combines hands-on data engineering with technical and people leadership. You will lead a team of Data Engineers, delivering Snowflake-based data solutions and scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran/Stitch, and related tools, while championing best practices in SQL, data modeling, testing, data quality, and CI/CD. You will collaborate with enterprise clients within our Data & AI practice, bridging technical delivery with business stakeholders, and fostering a culture of learning and mentorship. Requirements include 8+ years in data engineering or a similar technical role, strong Snowflake expertise, proven leadership experience, strong SQL and modern data pipeline experience, experience with dbt, Airflow, Fivetran/Stitch, and a solid understanding of data modeling and cloud data platforms. Strong communication skills in French and English (C1). Nice-to-haves include Python, Kafka/Kinesis, AWS/Azure/GCP, Hightouch, Census or CDP platforms, and Snowflake/dbt certifications.
