About the role

Overview: As a UI Designer at Sopra Steria, you will play a key role in turning complex challenges into intuitive and visually engaging digital solutions for our clients. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction and business success by ensuring consistency, usability, and creativity across all digital touchpoints.

You will be part of our multidisciplinary Innovation & Design team, collaborating closely with UX and service designers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Interface design: create visually harmonious, intuitive, and responsive interfaces; translate business requirements and functional objectives into visual solutions that meet user needs.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with UX designers, front‑end developers, and product owners to ensure smooth integration of visual design and functionality; participate in co‑design workshops and cross‑functional reviews.
Prototyping: build high‑fidelity prototypes using standard industry tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to simulate realistic interactions for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
Design system development: contribute to the development and maintenance of modular design systems, including UI kits, reusable component libraries, and visual guidelines, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital touchpoints.
User‑Centered Design: continuously integrate qualitative and quantitative feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and micro‑interactions, supporting ongoing UX improvem
