Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is seeking a Junior Production Project Manager to support Production Project Managers in the technical management and coordination of Formula 1 car parts production. You will ensure that technical solutions and processes meet technical, quality, and planning requirements, and help define feasible technical solutions while providing documentation and support to production departments.

Technical Leadership and Delivery - Oversee the technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects, including handling non-conformities or faults raised during track events. - Collaborate with the Design Office to identify feasible manufacturing solutions and agree on them. - Work with stakeholders (Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to optimize feasibility, production processes, planning, and final product quality. - Provide daily assistance to Production Departments to optimize lead times and improve quality.

Production, Collaboration & Culture - Maintain a professional and flexible attitude, in line with project requirements. - Build positive working relationships within the department and across functions. - Contribute to an open, collaborative, and improvement‑oriented team culture. - Take initiative to develop skills and apply feedback.

Location and Requirements - On-site in Faenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. - Master or bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent); motorsport experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of carbon prepreg processes; fluency in English (Italian preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Off
