Based in Munich, Germany, the Junior Motorsports Marketing Manager supports the national branding of Red Bull in motorsport. You will manage the motorsport athlete portfolio, define goals with athletes, develop annual plans, and set the framework for a successful collaboration. You will independently lead the selection process for drivers and teams, conduct contract negotiations, and coordinate with headquarters and the German organization.

You will oversee selected athlete projects from concept to delivery, working closely with athletes and internal stakeholders, coordinating all activities, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently within the approved budget.

You will plan and execute marketing activations at premier motorsport events and series, including MotoGP at the Sachsenring, the ADAC RAVENOL 24h-Rennen Nürburgring, and DTM. You will also co-develop the annual plan for our racecourse partnerships with internal teams, athletes, and external partners, ensuring smooth execution on site.

As a sparring partner to the Senior Motorsports Manager, you actively contribute to the annual business plan for the motorsport division. You develop innovative event, activation, and content concepts, assess their potential, and bring together diverse stakeholders to turn ideas into reality. You identify trends early and drive initiatives that continually advance our motorsport activities.

Requirements include degree programs in marketing, sport marketing, sport management, business administration, or media studies; fluent German and English; initial professional experience
