About the role

Java Functional Consultant with at least 3 years of experience is sought to join a long-term technology project in Bilbao. The role requires functional and technical analysis experience, capable of acting as a bridge between business and development, participating in requirements definition, coordinating functionalities, and evolving Java-based solutions. Responsibilities

Analyze and define functional and technical requirements.
Act as the liaison between business and development teams.
Prioritize and track product functionalities.
Produce functional and technical documentation.
Collaborate with development teams to define Java-based solutions.
Participate in planning and monitoring of developments.

Requirements

Residence in Bilbao or surrounding areas, with availability to travel to Larraskitu. Nice to have: Conditions: Join THEWHITEAM, a company formed by professionals with extensive exp

Minimum 3 years experience as a Java Consultant, Functional Analyst, or similar roles.
Experience in functional and technical analysis.
Knowledge of Java.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Experience as Product Owner.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience in software development projects.
Location: Bilbao (Larraskitu).
Modality: Hybrid.
Employment contract: €33,000 - €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
Start: As soon as possible.
