Remote Inside Sales Representative Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking motivated individuals for a remote Inside Sales Representative role. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads to match the right insurance coverages and convert leads into policyholders. The role provides tools, training, and support from day one, including paid licensing and training opportunities.

Key details: - Training begins in 2026 with Licensed Class on September 8, 2026 and Unlicensed Class on August 24, 2026. - Compensation: starting base salary around $45,000 with expected earnings in the $55,000–$75,000 range, with potential to earn $85,000+ for top performers through commissions. - Location: Remote work from multiple U.S. states; licensed candidates must reside in specified locations. States listed include AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV. - Licensing: Property & Casualty license required after hire; paid training includes licensing. Training length is 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. - Work arrangement: Fully remote with no cold calls; inbound warm leads only. Schedule requires 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. EST shift options include 11:30–20:00, 12:30–21:00, or 13:30–22:00, with potential adjustments after six months. - Equipment: All computer equipment is provided. A dedicated home workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection is required (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet is not supported. - Qualifications: 2–3 years
