Information Security Controls Manager – Cloud & AI Governance

Overview We are seeking an Information Security Controls Manager to join the Information Risk Management (IRM) team within the Information Security Controls function at N26. You will help ensure that the Information Security Controls Framework operates smoothly, with a focus on strengthening cloud security posture and AI governance across our regulated environments.

Responsibilities - Lead the execution and monitoring of the Information Security Controls Framework, ensuring coverage across cloud infrastructure and AI/ML deployments. - Collect, review and validate evidence for monthly control review requests; perform QA and clarify information with stakeholders to ensure control effectiveness. - Identify gaps and risks during reviews, raise non-conformities (especially cloud misconfigurations and AI model risks), and propose improvements to teams and stakeholders. - Coordinate with the CISO office and DPO office to provide monthly status updates on controls, including cloud security and AI system compliance. - Raise awareness of controls, security practices, and responsible AI among stakeholders. - Help develop KRIs for traditional IT, cloud environments, and AI use cases; work independently to manage daily IS Controls tasks. - Review and update control design from a technical perspective and maintain the control calendar; respond to change requests from stakeholders. - Draft and publish monthly control reports and other documentation; support audits and coordinate
