About the role

Orbio World is seeking an Industrial Product Designer (Mid-Senior) to transform product ideas into functional, manufacturable concepts from the initial sketch to production-ready CAD. You will iterate designs using AI-generated concepts, customer feedback, and real market data; develop consumer products across multiple categories; create 3D models, renderings, technical drawings, and production documentation; balance aesthetics, ergonomics, manufacturability, cost, and user experience; prototype, test, validate, and continuously improve products before launch; help establish and improve our AI-powered product design workflow.

Orbio World is seeking an Industrial Product Designer (Mid-Senior) to transform product ideas into functional, manufacturable concepts from the initial sketch to production-ready CAD. You will iterate designs using AI-generated concepts, customer feedback, and real market data; develop consumer products across multiple categories; create 3D models, renderings, technical drawings, and production documentation; balance aesthetics, ergonomics, manufacturability, cost, and user experience; prototype, test, validate, and continuously improve products before launch; help establish and improve our AI-powered product design workflow.

Responsibilities

Turn concepts into manufacturable designs from first sketch to production-ready CAD
Iterate with AI tools, customer feedback, and market data
Collaborate with Product Managers to develop consumer products across categories
Produce 3D models, renderings, technical drawings, and production docs
Balance form, ergonomics, manufacturability, cost, and UX
Prototype, test, validate, and refine products pre-launch
Contribute to AI-driven design workflow improvements

Requirements

3+ years in Industrial Product Design or Product Design
Strong portfolio showing consumer product development from concept to production
Excellent CAD skills; experience with manufacturing drawings and working with production partners
Knowledge of plastics, textiles, foam, metal, silicone or other manufacturing processes
Ability to sketch ideas quickly and communicate concepts visually
Experience with AI design tools is a strong advantage
