HR Business Partner AMMEGA - Ammeraal Beltech Spain is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources department and the AMMEGA Spain team. The HRBP will partner with management, handle employee relations, and manage HR operations. The role reports to the Head of HR Iberia and is part of the Iberia team.

A day in the life of an HRBP: - Act as a trusted HR partner to management, aligning business objectives with HR practices and advising on all people-related matters. - Support the implementation of the local HR strategy in line with Group policies, including compensation, benefits and people management practices adapted to local needs; partner with managers to drive employee engagement, effective communication, motivation and high performance in line with company values. - Lead recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive and effective candidate and employee experience. - Manage employee lifecycle processes, including time & attendance, contract amendments, working time reductions, leaves of absence and other employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. - Support employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining constructive relationships with employees, managers and employee representatives. - Support Occupational Health & Safety activities, including Coordination of Business Activities (CAE), ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. - Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and alignment with internal policies, providing guidance on employment law matters. - Identify an
