Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Bloomington, MN team. This full-time, on-site position is based in our Bloomington office and will focus on full-life cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals. As part of the Interim HealthCare Staffing recruiting team, you will lead all aspects of the recruitment process, develop and maintain candidate relationships, and proactively source and recruit healthcare professionals who are a strong fit for our organization. Experience with an ATS and using social media to build candidate pipelines is required. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate), and at least one year of high-volume healthcare recruiting experience (e.g., RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants). Demonstrated ability to source and cold call candidates is essential. The starting salary range is $65k to $75k, with potential quarterly bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a retirement plan. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Work Location: In person.
