Responsibilities

• Ideate, strategize, and execute scalable lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to drive activation, revenue, cross-sell, and retention.
• Identify customer needs, propose solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
• Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-driven techniques to create personalized experiences at scale.
• Analyze trends, derive actionable insights to optimize against targets, and share learnings across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
• 7+ years of work experience
• 5+ years in a marketing role designing and launching campaigns
• 3+ years analyzing and taking action on the performance of marketing campaigns
• 3+ years of experience writing marketing briefs
• 3+ years of experience leveraging data and ML-driven techniques
• Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of email marketing/CRM experience
• Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of B2B marketing
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Salesloft
