GPJ is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Boston. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work at the Boston office a minimum of two days per week. The ideal candidate will translate client briefs into compelling two-dimensional brand visuals, push creative boundaries, and consistently deliver on-brand, high-quality work. Responsibilities include creating high-quality sketches, graphics, layouts, mock-ups and presentations; managing multiple projects with tight deadlines; collaborating with graphics production and creative technology to solve design and budget challenges while maintaining brand integrity; and mentoring junior creatives. You will lead in new design techniques, stay current with industry trends, and translate strategic guardrails into effective design solutions. Requirements include 3-5 years of graphic design experience, a four-year degree in Graphic Design or related field, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite. Strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure are essential.
