Graphic Design Contractor is needed to provide design services to The Contingent on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. The work includes creating event collateral such as save-the-dates and invitations, online header graphics for registration pages, event wayfinding and signage design, program layout, and slide templates; developing page layouts and simple infographics for impact reports; and creating general design templates for recurring events. The contractor may attend event committee meetings as needed. Deliverables must be completed on agreed timelines and in formats suitable for print and digital use, including editable source files and final print-ready or digital-ready assets. All work produced under this agreement becomes The Contingent's property upon payment. The engagement is a 1099 independent contractor relationship, with pay at $50 per hour and no paid time off. Availability should be communicated to the Senior Director of Generosity & Investment. The contractor may offer similar services to other clients, subject to confidentiality provisions. The Scope of Work becomes effective upon signing and remains in effect until December 31, 2027, with terms for renewal to be reviewed.
