What You Will Do - Plan and manage global marketing projects and campaigns across multiple regions - Coordinate our Specialist Teams (SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft) as well as regional marketing units - Execute across disciplines: campaigns, content, web, and marketing automation - Contribute to demand and lead generation along global campaigns - Manage the operational execution in line with timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and dependencies - Ensure brand consistency and quality across regions

What You Bring - At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing - At least 3 years of B2B marketing in an Enterprise IT / SaaS environment - Broad multi-discipline marketing skillset: a generalist by design, not due to lack of depth - Strong understanding of marketing project management - Proficiency in German and English for collaboration in our international team

Nice to Have - Agency experience - Knowledge of demand and lead generation - Experience in SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft ecosystems (partner or vendor side) - Proficiency with WordPress/Elementor, Asana, Google Analytics, HubSpot
