About the role

Inetum is a European leader in digital services. As a Java Fullstack Developer in the CI/CD and development platforms team, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative applications and services that integrate AI capabilities. You will be a hands-on Java Fullstack developer who can embed generative AI technologies into high-value solutions for product teams and internal users. You will also help promote AI best practices across the organization to encourage the adoption of new AI-enabled ways of working. Location: La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, Pays de la Loire, France. Hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Fullstack Java applications that meet team needs. Integrate generative AI solutions (LLMs, AI agents, RAG, assistants) into existing applications and tools. Design and expose APIs connected to CI/CD ecosystems (GitLab, Jira, Artifactory, etc.). Identify and prototype new high-value AI use cases. Support teams in adopting AI tools and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement ensuring quality, security and maintainability. Qualifications: Strong experience in Fullstack Java development (Spring Boot) and frontend technologies (Angular, React or equivalent). Solid API, architectural, and CI/CD knowledge. Experience with GitLab, Jira, Artifactory or similar tools. Experience or strong interest in generative AI (LLM, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, etc.). Ability to automate processes and integrate AI services into business applications. Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to exp
