Archesys is seeking a highly motivated Fullstack Engineer to join our remote, full-time team. The role concentrates on Observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Grafana dashboards and the data pipelines that feed them. You will bridge expert front-end visualizations with robust back-end data engineering to ensure scalable, resilient monitoring solutions that provide actionable insights for engineering and operations. You will also contribute to building and automating our DevOps pipelines, leveraging AWS.

Key Responsibilities: - Grafana Dashboard Development: design, develop, and maintain real-time dashboards that visualize operational metrics, KPIs, and application logs; collaborate with SRE, development, and product teams to translate requirements into clear visualizations; optimize dashboards for performance and usability; implement alerting rules. - Data Pipeline Engineering (Backend Focus): design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines from diverse sources (Prometheus, Splunk, CloudWatch, RDS, OpenTelemetry, custom APIs) into Grafana-consumable data stores; write and optimize queries (SQL, PromQL, SPL, etc.); develop and maintain APIs for data exchange; implement data quality checks, performance tuning, and backup/restore strategies. - AWS Infrastructure Management: design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure to support Grafana, data sources, and related services; utilize EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and other services; implement security best practices (IAM, secu
