Join the Digital Transformation and Augmented Intelligence (DTN-IA) team at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) in Carouge, Switzerland as a Fullstack Developer. You will contribute to the ongoing development of Greco, the staff scheduling and teleconsultation system, and to the Concerto patient app, within an agile, Scrum-based environment that serves clinical and logistics needs in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include translating technical requirements into detailed specifications, building features on both front-end and back-end using modern technologies in a microservices architecture, maintaining the solution, and delivering high-quality results. You will work autonomously on assigned features and bugs, collaborate closely with teammates, share best practices, and maintain clear documentation. You will ensure smooth collaboration with coordinators across medical departments and adapt your communication to diverse stakeholders.

Throughout the project lifecycle you will contribute to all phases from initialization to delivery and provide Level 3 user support in coordination with DTN-IA services, with a strong customer orientation. You will also keep documentation up to date and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.

Requirements include a Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent and at least five years of fullstack development experience, with expertise in a microservices architecture using Java/J2EE, Spring (Boot, Data R2DBC, Cloud Stream, Security), OAuth2, Hibernate, and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
