CERN is seeking a Hybrid Full-Stack Software Developer in Geneva, Switzerland to support open data and open science through the REANA reproducible analysis platform and the LHCb Ntupling service. You will participate in the development of the REANA platform to run containerised declarative analysis workflows and the LHCb Ntupling service to enable researchers to request custom open data. You will collaborate with LHC experimental physics teams and external institutes and partners working on open data, open science, and reproducible analysis infrastructures. Required skills include full-stack development (React on the frontend; Python and Go on the backend), experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, and deployment, monitoring, and security competencies. Proficiency in English is required, with a commitment to learn French. Eligibility criteria include nationality of a CERN Member or Associate Member State, up to two years of professional experience since graduation in Computer Science or related field, and holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree (PhD not eligible; no prior CERN fellowship/graduate contract). The contract is 24 months with a possible extension to 36 months; working hours are 40 per week; the position is Hybrid. Stand-by duty and occasional night/weekend work may be required.
