This is not purely visual or delivery-oriented UX; the role requires navigating ambiguity, working across product and technical constraints, and creating clarity through research, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report to the UX Lead, while maintaining enough autonomy to move work forward. Responsibilities include planning and conducting research to understand user needs, business constraints and workflow realities; translating findings into product opportunities and prioritized design directions; facilitating alignment with stakeholders—business, product, technical leads and support-related profiles—ensuring key decisions are understood, documented and followed through; collaborating closely with product, engineering, business partners and the UX Lead to maintain momentum across multiple streams of work; producing clear UX deliverables with enough structure and rationale to support implementation and discussion; contributing to improving team collaboration, communication and decision-making practices where needed; helping establish clearer ways of working, decision paths and collaboration rituals within shifting team dynamics; moving comfortably between discovery, definition and delivery—contributing through interface design, facilitation, synthesis and decision support for the wider team.
