Hazel is the AI coworker for consumer brands. We connect to a brand's live data — Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, Meta, and dozens of others — and turn it into actionable insights for operators. Hazel also takes action herself, proactively flagging issues and making changes directly in Shopify and other connected systems, with the goal of running full playbooks autonomously. We've raised more than $2M, are rapidly scaling, and serve some of the biggest consumer brands including Bogg Bag, Ultra, and OneSkin. You'll join a small, senior engineering team working directly with the founders.

What you'll work on: - In your first 60 days, extend Hazel's action layer — writing back into the systems she connects to (e.g., creating product bundles in Shopify, launching A/B tests in Klaviyo, and the human-in-the-loop scaffolding that makes all of it safe). - Build full-stack product features across TypeScript/React + Go services. - AI agent workflows: streaming LLM responses, multi-step tool use, approvals. - Integrations across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Amazon, and more, reading and writing data. - You'll work directly with the founders and customers; code you ship today will be in operators' hands tomorrow.
