Position: Full-Charge Bookkeeper Type: Part-time contract (approximately 20–30 hours per week)

The ideal candidate will own the bookkeeping process, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance, and will oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis. The role involves month-end close, financial statements, and collaboration with leadership and external accounting partners. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential; QBO certification is a plus. Experience with manufacturing accounting, FIFO/LIFO, job costing, ERP systems, and tax/compliance considerations at state and federal levels is preferred.
