Frontend Engineer

Faculty is seeking a Frontend Engineer to help visualise insights generated by our data scientists for government and public sector clients. You will work closely with cross-functional delivery teams within the Government & Public Services unit to solve unique challenges at the intersection of AI and machine learning. As part of Faculty's frontend guild, you will drive industry best practices and standards and bring our machine learning work to life.

What you'll be doing: - Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and design specialists to build client-facing products - Plan, coordinate, and communicate frontend features to internal and external stakeholders - Set up and maintain the development and deployment infrastructure for your dedicated frontend team - Maintain and enforce technical best practices and standards across Faculty's frontend capacity - Create and maintain reusable component libraries for use in projects company-wide - Provide training, mentoring, and onboarding support for new frontend engineers - Act as the go-to authority for frontend software engineering within your team
