Fit: Match is seeking a Founding Product Designer to serve as the company’s first design hire and shape how patients and clinicians experience our products. The initial focus is the clinical platform—a high-stakes application used by clinicians and patients where design quality directly affects outcomes. Over the first year, this individual will define the visual language, design system, and UX standards across the Body AI portfolio, spanning healthcare, sports, and retail. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end product design for a new clinical platform (patient onboarding, guided exercise sessions, real-time movement feedback, and post-session check-ins); developing Fit:Match’s first design system starting with the clinical product and extending to QuadraScan and the broader portfolio; establishing the company’s brand and visual identity; defining the clinical-grade user experience that bridges hospital and home; collaborating with engineers to prototype and ship product experiences as an embedded member of the development process; partnering with clinicians and patients throughout research and validation cycles; making complex health data legible; and building and leading a design team as the function matures.
