Finance Team at Aartsen is continually improving. We are looking for a driven Finance Professional who aspires to grow into the Finance Manager role. You don't need to master everything today. We seek someone with a solid financial foundation, leadership potential, and the drive to take on responsibility. Working with the CFO, you will gradually progress toward the Finance Manager position. As you grow, you will take on increasing responsibility for the team, financial processes, and internal controls. You start in a broad Finance role with immediate responsibility, while also developing toward a leadership position. Depending on your experience and development, your level of responsibility will grow.

What you will impact: - Leadership and coaching: you will grow into leading, coaching, and developing our Finance team of nine specialists. - Process optimization: identify bottlenecks and ensure financial processes are more efficient, faster, and reliable. - Financial control: develop reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls, translating financial data into clear insights to steer the organization.

As you grow, you become an increasingly important link within Finance and a key sparring partner for the CFO. You will work closely with colleagues, other department heads, the management team, and external partners.

What we are looking for: - A completed HBO or WO degree in a finance-related field, for example Accountancy. - Experience in Finance and, preferably, experience guiding or leading colleagues. - The ambition to grow into the Finance Manager role. - Strong
