About the role

Field Marketing Manager serves as the primary local marketing partner for a regional portfolio of Primrose Schools franchise locations. You will work directly with Franchise Owners to develop effective annual local marketing plans, optimize their local marketing investments across digital channels, community events, local advertising, public relations, referrals, and grassroots outreach, and execute programs that drive enrollment growth while maintaining brand standards. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing.

About the role

Field Marketing Manager serves as the primary local marketing partner for a regional portfolio of Primrose Schools franchise locations. You will work directly with Franchise Owners to develop effective annual local marketing plans, optimize their local marketing investments across digital channels, community events, local advertising, public relations, referrals, and grassroots outreach, and execute programs that drive enrollment growth while maintaining brand standards. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing.

Franchisee Advisory & Plan Management: Advise Franchise Owners and manage local marketing plans. Allocate local marketing investments across digital, social media, community events, local advertising, public relations, referral generation, and grassroots outreach. Review and approve annual and ongoing local marketing plans to ensure strategies are market-appropriate, channel-effective, and aligned with brand expectations. Monitor marketing spend pacing across assigned schools and proactively address underinvestment or off-track activity before compliance issues arise. Deliver seasonal recommendations, campaign toolkits, and educational resources that keep Franchise Owners informed and positioned for success throughout the year.

Brand Compliance & Channel Quality: Ensure local marketing activity across the assigned portfolio meets brand standards, franchise agreement requirements, and established marketing guidelines.
