Oracle Health is seeking a Federal Learning Certification Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a certification program for trainers and adoption coaches. The program supports end-user training and go-live at-the-elbow support for federal healthcare clients, with certification standards, governance, tools, and documentation clearly defined and aligned to federal deployment expectations. You will partner with Federal Learning leadership, curriculum owners, trainers, adoption coaches, and other stakeholders to manage certification requirements, track associate readiness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across multiple deployment timelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating milestones, maintaining program documentation, monitoring completion and quality metrics, and ensuring associates are prepared to facilitate training and provide on-site go-live support. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in program, project, or operational management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience coordinating training, learning, certification, readiness, or adoption programs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance are required. Travel up to 75% and on-site work in the United States are expected.
