As the quarterback and primary face of project execution, you will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and general contractors to deliver work on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role oversees schedules, budgets, and construction documentation while serving as a trusted partner to clients from start to finish. Success requires proactive, organized, solution-oriented leadership with construction expertise and the ability to stay steady when plans change. This role is with Floorz, Colorado's premier flooring contractor, a studio within Elements, where precision, technical expertise, and collaborative culture drive results. You will lead all phases of project execution, develop detailed project plans, conduct regular site visits, oversee financials and documentation, interpret drawings, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain client relationships, mentor project team members, and uphold safety standards. Requirements include 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, a degree in Construction Management/Architecture or related field (PMP a plus), strong financial acumen, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Measure Square, and excellent communication.
