We are seeking an Event & Hospitality Assistant Project Manager to join our passionate, international team on-site in Nice, France. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the logistical heartbeat of our operations, ensuring daytime tours are informative and seamless and evening events are high-energy and safe. You will also lead the development of new tour products to keep RBCT at the forefront of Mediterranean tourism. Responsibilities include: Tour development and product creation through research and design of new walking tours, themed routes, and nightlife concepts; Itinerary planning with timing and wow factors; Costing and profitability activities including margin negotiation with partner bars and venues and pricing strategies; Content writing for website and marketing materials; Operations and logistics such as guide coordination, field quality checks, transport and venue relationships; Customer service and guest experience including monitoring online reviews and implementing improvements; Crisis management as the primary on-site point of contact; On-boarding and delivering the RBCT Gold Standard of service from booking to last drink.
