About the role

Sporty is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the digital roadmap for products used by millions of daily global users. You will collaborate with stakeholders across our remote-first organization to establish clear goals and use customer research to create products that excite and engage our users. In this role, you will become the domain expert on your product and customer, and ensure that your backlog represents valuable work.

Responsibilities include: - Overseeing product strategy, partnering with development teams, and leading the collaborative planning process to prioritize work based on team capacity. - Managing scope from inception to delivery and ensuring efficient, cost-effective release processes. - Aligning product development with company OKRs; evaluating opportunities to build the right product; conducting customer research to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors; building business cases to justify product recommendations. - Maintaining awareness of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. - Defining and communicating the product roadmap with a clear vision and regular updates to stakeholders; working closely with engineering and design to translate opportunities into measurable requirements and a prioritized backlog. - Collaborating with Delivery Managers and Tech Leads to coordinate dependencies between tasks and teams; partnering with marketing to develop go-to-market plans and product positioning; identifying target customer segments and supporting marketing messaging. - Definin
