Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing enterprise clients; act as primary point of contact for ongoing communication and support.
• Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations related to software licensing, IP, confidentiality, usage rights, and other commercial terms.
• Coordinate negotiations between customers, internal teams, and external legal counsel.
• Manage commercial aspects of contract renewals, licensing expansions, and additional software purchases.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, SOWs, RFP responses, licensing documentation; coordinate procurement and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to expand software licensing, professional services, and platform adoption within existing accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships with procurement, legal, and commercial stakeholders to facilitate negotiations and long-term partnerships.
• Represent Esprow in client discussions, workshops, and industry events related to trading infrastructure, APIs, and testing frameworks.
