Qualtrics is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead Experience Management (XM) software sales into the UK Public Sector, with a focus on Police and Housing Associations. You will own the strategy for acquiring new business within large enterprise accounts, map stakeholders, drive demand generation, and close multi-year contracts. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive account plans, engaging senior executives, and navigating procurement, security, and contract processes. You will build compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI and value, and maintain deep knowledge of Qualtrics’ solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS or software sales experience, proven success selling to the UK Public Sector (Police and/or Housing Associations), and familiarity with public sector contracting, RFPs, frameworks, and procurement standards. Fluency in English, a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, and experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies and Salesforce hygiene are preferred. This role operates within Qualtrics’ Hybrid Work Model (three in-office days per week in London, with remaining days working remotely).
